Workstream Lead (Remote)

The Digital Modernization division of ICF is seeking a motivated Work Stream Lead with experience managing tasks. The successful candidate will possess an understanding of driving tasks to completion and is self-motivated, driven, and understands ServiceNow capabilities.

Our Digital Modernization division is an information technology and management consulting department that offers integrated, strategic solutions to its public and private-sector clients. ICF has the expertise, agility, and commitment to design, build, and operate high-performance IT engines to support all aspects of our client's business

Primary duties include:

  Works with government stakeholders, plan, manage documents and analyze functional requirements, identify gaps, and identify alternative approaches to meet requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage status update meetings and communicate external timelines and impacts of new initiatives to team members.

  
  


• 
  

  Work well in a collaborative environment to complete requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  Work with business owners and technical leads to troubleshoot production support issues that arise in the application.

  
  


• 
  

  Play a key role in leading and executing functional user acceptance testing with guidance from the project teams.
  

  
  

Position Requirements:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree in technology related field or business administration

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment

  
  


• 
  

  3 months+ of experience with ServiceNow

  
  


• 
  

  Must have Agile Scrum Master certification

  
  


• 
  

  Must have ServiceNow System Administrator certification.

  
  


• 
  

  2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suites

  
  


• 
  

  Must be able to obtain a US Public Trust clearance.

  
  


• 
  

  US Citizen or Green Card Holder due to federal contract requirements.

  
  


• 
  

  MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final salary for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The salary range for Colorado is -

$55,089.00 - $93,652.00
